Allright fixed build:Dervish Supa Tank. Check it out, maybe give it a rating. Maybe even a good rating...(Cypher V 04:23, 15 August 2007 (CEST))
What do you mean when you say Avatar of Balthazar + Armor of Earth isn't working? It works fine for me. (Cypher V 04:17, 15 August 2007 (CEST))
- There is an armor cap of +25 which can be beaten by a single skill. So if you have armor of earth and Avatar of Balthazar on at the same time, only armor of earth's bonus takes effect. ---

Oh hey by the way how do you like the guild [HERO]? Do they do AH? (Cypher V 18:09, 14 August 2007 (CEST))
- [HERO] is an ok guild. Pretty big guild/alliance, but not much advantage to being in it. And no, we do not HA normally. ---
Ressmonkey (talk) 00:07, 15 August 2007 (CEST)
Hey man thanks for the feedback on my build. If you feel like it, you should try it out. I wanna get some ratings up. You are right about deadly paradox, it would help a lot, but you would have to take out resurrection signet, so i put that under suggested skills for AB. Thanks for the suggestions! (Cypher V 18:05, 14 August 2007 (CEST))
Spawn of Shiro? I seriously saw you somewhere, but I forget where, but I recognize the name. Perhaps in Random Arenas? Or a PvE place? (guildie?!?!) -- Nova -- (contribs) 03:29, 7 August 2007 (CEST)
- Well, I have never done Random Arenas with Spawn of Shiro, and I am in the guild [HERO] right now, was in [TI], and some guild that owns Cavalon before that. If it wasnt one of those, then it was some pve area. || Ressmonkey 16:23, 7 August 2007 (CEST)

RE: Wizardboy777's RfA
Two things. First, to be perfectly honest, I've tired of people discussing whether or not a new Admin is necessary at any given time. The RfA is to discuss the candidate, not to discuss whether he/she is needed at any given time. Part of the idea is that RfAs allow us to maintain a dynamic list of candidates for when a new Admin is necessary. Second of all. Regarding his number of contributions. "Number" of contributions isn't important. If that was the determining factor, my GuildWiki RfA might have enjoyed unanimous success ;). However, it didn't. And why? Because the quality of the contributions is what really matters. I can't think of more than 2 or 3 people who are willing to sit down for an hour an more and just move builds from Abandoned to Trash, or add Delete Tags to redirect pages. Thanks to Wizardboy, maybe the Grace Expired category will finally be empty (for the first time in site history). *Defiant Elements* +talk 01:26, 24 October 2007 (CEST)
- Well, if every admin would spend 10 minutes a day doing what he does, the same thing might happen. After all, "Administrators don't do very much" as you so eloquently put it, so they should have plenty of downtime between banning to help. ---
Ressmonkey (talk) 01:31, 24 October 2007 (CEST)
- First of all, that assumes that all Administrators can be on daily. Additionally, while I spend a lot of time on Wiki, I'm usually doing other things as well, usually working. What that means is that while I can respond to some requests and patrol RCs to some degree, I don't always have time to just sit down and delete stuff. Besides, the fact of the matter is that it hasn't happened. Second of all, I can tell you from personal experience that moving/deleting/editing even a dozen pages can be time consuming.
*Defiant Elements* +talk 01:36, 24 October 2007 (CEST)
- You need some sort of delete all in category button or something. ---

Build:Rt/Mo 330hp Vengeful Spirit Bonder
Your reasoning on your rating is "pretty good and relatively fast, but waaaay too counterable". Does this really explain the 2 in universality? Is there really no place in the game that does not contain a counter to this build? -- Armond Warblade{{sysop}} 10:53, 20 December 2007 (EST)
- Yes it does. The main justification for my vote is farming in the underworld. If it was unable to farm in the UW, I would have given it a 2 in effectiveness since 55s or SoA sipirit bonders are much more versatile. In UW, there is both interrupts and enchant removal. This causes a big problem since they both are counters to this build. So -3 universality. ---

There are tons of builds here that are original, some in great, alot in good, a ton in other. It isnt just documentation, but all vetted builds must compete with the meta. Just another statement, while idk about you and shen, for the most part there is absolutly nothing personal in the voting process. Me
Hey. I don't know if you actually care or have a problem with me, but i've taken it that you do. If i'm wrong, disregard. If i'm right, i just want to throw out there, as i did above, that any discussions, ratings, etc. that ive involved myself in regarding you or your builds is nothing personal. there is a user or two on the wiki who i flatout dislike. You do not fit that category. I've dissagreed with a vote or two, and i've voted down on a few of your builds, but tbh i think many of the things you've contributed have been solid, and i bear no hostility or ill will towards you. I hope you realize that during discussions i try to remain objective, and it's absolutly nothing personal. This probably applies for other users as well.Bob fregman 15:09, 21 January 2008 (EST)
- No ur wrong. I got no problem with you. ---
Ressmonkey (talk) 15:11, 21 January 2008 (EST)
- And Im sure just about every contributor doesnt vote personally, but it pisses me off when they vote bad again and again and again without actually knowing what theyre even voting on really. People like Unexist, Shen, and a few others simply look at a build, look and see if they think its bad or good. If they think its bad, 1 or less rating. If they think its good, 4.5 or more rating. Thats what annoys me about people on this wiki. ---
Ressmonkey (talk) 15:14, 21 January 2008 (EST)
- As to am i like that, it depends. I'd like to quote an old quote from me that i recently discovered grinch had saved "It doesnt require a whole lot of skill to rate a build without testing it. The funny thing about computers and machines is, everything does what it says it's going to do. So you look at atts, skills, etc. and you can pretty much judge a build. It's not like judging an athlete or student, where a weak or dumb looking person can suprise you. Weak skills with weak synergy are, well, weak." Now, i vote alot of build w/o testing them, but that doesnt mean i dont know what im voting on. Most of the time, I've seen something similar, or it's relativly easy to discern how the build will perform simply by looking at it with a degree of scrutiny. When voting, i try to put builds where i see them, not "iz bad 0-0-0 or iz good 5-5-5". So to answers your question, no, i dont think i'm like that since i do think i know what i'm doing when rating, otherwise i wouldnt rate. That being said, i dont really think shen and unexist are like that either, so idk how you see it.Bob fregman 17:01, 21 January 2008 (EST)
- If you dont see them like that, then you must be like that too, since everybody uses themselves as the standard, and if you dont think theyre like that, and you consider youself the same, you must be like them. Thtas all I wanted to know. ---
Ressmonkey (talk) 17:10, 21 January 2008 (EST)
- I 1-1-1 when builds are bad, and like that TA Brutal Weapon thingie, it's bad. You can't kill decents teams with that. And I lower votes sometimes by 1 point, if you have some guys who say 5-5-5 it's good while it's a bad build, and it will get into good why it's terribad. Tbh, it's not like i 0-0-0 every build, in matter of fact I usually don't. -
Unexist 08:05, 22 January 2008 (EST)
- First of all, lowering votes to compensate is against real vetting, DONT DO IT! And you do 2 things: Rate good on already good rated builds, and rate bad on everything else. ---

Also, how many people would agree with me that there is a cascade effect with votes. One person votes, the next person votes similarly, and so on until all votes pretty much are exacltly the same as the first. This of course only works if the first person is half-decently repuatable, which I probably no longer am since Ive suddently decided to start disliking the asses on the wiki who vote like shit. --- Ressmonkey (talk) 17:34, 21 January 2008 (EST)

Once that happens, Godwin's Second Law comes into play and the only proper way to end the discussion is with a wall of one hundred pictures of Hitler, followed by the immediate banning of everyone involved. --71.229 17:57, 21 January 2008 (EST)

Comment on PvXwiki:Requests for Build Master Status/Bob fregman#Oppose
Completely over the top and unnecessary. Bob Fregman and Unexist are both valuable contributers, just as yourself. Personal attacks are not only not needed, but not allowed as per PvX:NPA. Clarify your vote with specific examples instead of blatantly being a douche. Being a douche generally makes people thing less of you unless you want to be hated around here. Goodbye
Apparently we are run by democracy-hating, communist-supporting admins. And one that thinks that saying that we shouldve nuked Soviets is racist (its kinda hard to be racist against people that havent existed for 18 years).
