This build actually has a lot more hex removal than other builds without anti spell targeting. See the [[Build:W/Mo Bold Forge Runner]]. With this paragon build, you can stop up to 4 hexes at a time. Also, body blocking generally isn't a factor as a skilled runner can simply avoid it. Also, you talk about focused damage... If you try the build you'll see that really the healing is just a novelty. You could do the run with the build even if you didn't have that virtual 7 regen, for example if fall back and incoming didn't heal you. Please reconsider your vote.
