Equipment

Any Vampiric Bow

Usage

cast Mending and Balthazar's Spirit first
kill any Sand Drakes you encounter while avoiding the Devourers and Scarabs
in battle, keep up Vigorous Spirit and Troll's for healing, and Kindle Arrows for additional damage. Use Poison Arrow for degen, SoR can be used for additional healing.

Counters

Scarabs; fighting them will almost certainly kill you due to their enchant removals and hexes, but running away using Storm Chaser will easily get them of your back.
Devourers; the Devourers can be killed, but mind their Distracting Shot.
Sheg Zamn Mada; A Hydra Boss that roams the area with two other Hydras, just ignore him :).

Notes

Note that Sand Drakes will not use Earthquake and Ward Against Melee, as they only use Earthquake on groups and Ward Against Melee on Melee enemies.
