Indenting (sometimes referred to as Tabbing) is the act of adding colons before the message to indicate who is responded to, which significantly eases following the discussion. Editors on PvX are expected to indent, and to sign their comments with ~~~~ after their messages, on the same row.

When you feel an indentation has grown too long, you can reset it with {{ri}} and a clean indent:

(Reset indent) New useful message. ~~~~
