Usage
- Use Reversal of Damage as a small prot and to deal some damage.
- Use Smite Condition/Hex to remove Conditions/Hexes.
- Use Ray of Judgment to capture Quarries or Guard Posts.
- Use "Make Haste!" to boost the Carriers.
