This build uses the massive energy denial and damage offered by Mind Wrack and ESurge along with the utility of the dom line to quickly drop monks in Random Arenas

Usage
- Use Mind Wrack + Energy Surge and Unnatural Signet for damage.
- Use Ether Phantom + Drain Delusions for energy denial as well as energy management for you.
- Use Empathy on attacking melees.
- Use Diversion on targets expected to use key skills soon - Word of Healing and Assassin skill chains are high priority.
