Use Panic for mobs to interrupt everything whilst dishing out damage through Wastrel's Demise and Wastrel's Worry.

Usage[]
- Use Panic on balled up foes, followed by a snare (if taking).
- Spam Wastrel's Demise, Wastrel's Worry, Cry of Pain and Unnatural for damage.
- Use Glyph of Lesser Energy as energy management (before casting Panic and Mistrust).
