Usage
Maintain enchantment(s).
Use Glyph Of Immolation with Shatterstone and follow up with the following hexes for a spike. Glowing Ice should be cast as often as possible, especially either during or at the end of the damage spike listed above.
Freezing Gust can be used separately as a snare.
Glyph Of Immolation and Steam on Melee and Rupting Rangers.
