Shock arrow is awesome with attunement, without it it's decent at most. Also, e-charge is a spike skill at first, then comes the warrior weakness(blind > weakness anyway). Attunement is a req, you're running mind shock in a shit defensive build where ench removal doesn't do enough to shut down. - Unexist.

Also, enchantment removal is the bane of most build with enchantments. It's an inevitability we have to face. Name one Elementalist build (outside of Farming and Running) that doesn't have an Attunement.
