This build has been designed for the following use:

Uses a Soldier's Fury and "Lead The Way!" for a Rampage as One effect for a paragon, dropping the pet for Daze, bigger spike capacity and more overall armor.

Equipment

Survivor's/Centurion's Insignias.
Sundering/Vampiric/Zealous 15^50 Axes of Fortitude.
A Silencing Spear.

Usage

Maintain Soldier's Fury and "Lead The Way!" on yourself (Be sure to have atleast 4 allies in earshot when using "LTW!")
Pressure with Deep Wound spam and your inter rupts.
Use "Go for the Eyes!" before Dismember to have a powerful axe hit with Deep Wound.
Switch to your Spear set and use Spear Swipe to inflict Daze on casters and beat them down like the waeklings they are.

Counters

General Anti-Melee
Anti-Shout (Ulcerous Lungs for example).
Interrupts on Soldier's Fury will make you much less effective.
