• Survivor, Vigor, and Vitae runes.
• Any Scythe of Fortitude.

Usage

• Cast Avatar of Grenth before engaging foes
• Cast Attacker's Insight before your spike
• Spike with Chilling Victory→Pious Assault→Protector's Strike
• Use Pious Haste / Rush to chase kiting ennemies.

• Non-enchantment blocking
• Anti-melee hexes
• Blind
