Equipment[]
- Armor:
- Survivor's, a Rune of Superior Vigor,Runes of Vitae and a Survivor Insignias
- Weapons:
- Zealous Daggers of Fort (+15^50).
- Any Hammer
- Shield Sets
Usage[]
- Build Adrenaline
- Hit 1 Esc Switch to Daggers Then 2-3-4-5-6-7
- Follow up Again With Horns of The Ox, Falling Lotus, Twisting Fangs Till target is dead.
- By the time your done with the first set of rotation you should be able to spike right again by switching to hammer.

Notes[]
- Easiest I found to weapon switch is to Put hammer on f1 daggers on f2, Hit one with left finger then click f2 with mouse and follow up with chain.
